We look forward to meeting with you personally.

You are welcome to visit our showroom and see the quality of what we produce.  Likewise, we are pleased to provide references should you wish to speak to our clients about the workmanship and service we offer.  In addition, we use Computer-Aided Design to superimpose your project so you can see exactly how your finished pieces will look.

The Craft

Blacksmithing – A large part of our work is made by methods of old world blacksmithing, a process of heating pieces of wrought iron or steel until the metal becomes soft enough to be shaped with tools.

Machine – Although most iron works are meant to capture century old art, today's technology allows us to recreate those masterpieces with unprecedented precision. These techniques may include the use of water jetting or laser cutting, which involves slicing into metal or other materials using a jet of water at high velocity and pressure, or a laser, to cut through sheets of metal to create intricate designs.

Assembly – Once the product has been created, the next step is to put it all together. Depending on the project, we use welding or other techniques to create seamless iron work. No matter which process is used, the level of perfection by the hands of our artisans are true pieces of art.

The Process

Exploration – Using concepting books, samples of iron work, and images from our extensive portfolio, we will work together to identify and clarify your idea.

Design – After exploration and concepting, a site visit will help to further determine measurements and requirements for the project. We then create Computer-Aided Design drawings that will help to visualize what the final product will look like. We will repeat these first two steps until you are happy and excited about your new design.

Quote – Once the design is completed, we will give you a quote for the total cost of the project, including an estimated delivery date. Once accepted, we do require a fifty percent deposit to begin fabrication.

Manufacture – Manufacturing can take anywhere from three weeks to a few months, depending on the complexity of the project. During this period, we will keep you up-to-date so that you know where your project is standing at all times. This includes our fast and efficient installation process, with a thorough attention to detail, to get the job done right.
